By using TidyCoats you agree to these terms. In short: we're a free directory that helps you find and contact groomers — we're not the groomer, and we don't provide the grooming.
What TidyCoats is
TidyCoats is an independent directory of UK dog and cat groomers. We list businesses from public sources so you can compare them and enquire directly. Using the site is free and doesn't require an account.
Accuracy of listings
We compile listing information from public business data and keep it as current as we reasonably can, but we can't guarantee every detail is accurate or up to date. Listings are provided "as is". Always confirm details — prices, availability, services — directly with the groomer before relying on them. Price guides on the site are indicative ranges, not quotes. If you spot a mistake, tell us at contact@tidycoats.co.uk and we'll correct or remove it.
Ratings and third-party content
Star ratings and review counts are aggregated from Google and shown with attribution. They belong to Google and the businesses reviewed, not to us, and we don't reproduce individual review text. Business names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we pass your details to the groomer you chose so they can respond. We are an introducer only: any grooming service, booking, price or contract is strictly between you and the groomer. We're not a party to it and aren't responsible for the service the groomer provides.
Acceptable use
Please use the site only for finding and contacting groomers for genuine enquiries. Don't scrape or bulk-copy the listings, submit false enquiries, or use the site in any way that's unlawful or disrupts it for others.
Our content
The design, editorial guides and the compilation of the directory are ours. You're welcome to link to us; please don't republish substantial parts of the site without permission.
Our responsibility
We provide the directory in good faith but to the extent permitted by law we don't accept liability for losses arising from the accuracy of a listing, the actions of a groomer, or your inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
